Managing Improvement Priorities

Setting Priority for Individual Improvements

  1. Each improvement can be assigned a priority level during creation
  2. To modify an existing priority:
    • Select the improvement
    • Click Actions and choose Edit
    • Select a new priority from the dropdown menu

Administrator Priority Configuration

To customize priority values across your organization:

  1. Access your dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab
  3. Locate the priority configuration section
  4. Manage your priority values:
    • Add new priority levels
    • Edit existing priorities
    • Delete priorities
    • Reorder priority options
    • Deactivate unused priorities
