How to add a user

Admin Only

To add a user you will need to be an admin user.

Fill in the details and hit save: the system will send an email to the users email address with a sign-up link. The new user will choose their password during sign-up.

User roles

By default there are three roles in the system: admin, approver and standard. These can be amended. Check out For more information about user roles or follow the “Help Me Pick a Role” link on the page.

Language

The system is currently available only in English, French and Spanish but we are adding new languages all of the time. If you need a specific language please contact us.
